Terms & Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using airnowtrips.com and its services (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users (“you”) of Airnow Trips Limited’s services (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. Nigerian law requires clear disclosure of terms and the right to cancel (see Nigeria’s FCCPA). By clicking “accept” or by booking through this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

Definitions

Airnow Trips Limited (AirnowTrips): The Nigerian travel agency operating this website.

Site: airnowtrips.com and any subdomains.

User/Client: Any person who visits or uses the Site or books services through the Site.

Services: Travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) and related travel assistance provided through the Site.

Third Parties: Airlines, hotels, visa agencies or other suppliers that actually provide travel products or services.

User Obligations

Accurate Information: You must provide current, accurate and complete information when using our Site. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all booking details (names, dates, passport information, etc.) before confirming your reservation. Notify us immediately if you notice any mistakes. You assume full responsibility for any costs or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Misuse such as reselling, data scraping, or any unauthorized use is prohibited. Do not use the Site to host viruses, spam, or any conduct that violates Nigerian law or these Terms. AirnowTrips may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these obligations.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable travel requirements (visas, insurance, health regulations, etc.) for your itinerary. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet entry requirements of destination countries (vaccinations, travel bans, etc.).

Payments and Cancellations: You agree to pay all fees and deposits required for any booking. If you change or cancel a booking, cancellation fees and deadlines will be as specified in our booking confirmation. Unless otherwise required by Nigerian consumer protection law, paid bookings are generally non-refundable once issued. Note: Nigeria’s consumer laws mandate clear cancellation rights and fair refunds for consumers, and we comply with those requirements.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (social media, travel suppliers, partners, etc.). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control these external sites and make no representations or warranties about their content or practices. Visiting any linked site is at your own risk. AirnowTrips does not endorse any third-party products or services, and is not responsible for any losses or damages you may incur from using those sites. We recommend that you review the terms and policies of any third-party site you visit.

Booking and Services

When you book travel (flights, hotels, visas, etc.) through our Site, AirnowTrips acts as your agent/intermediary. Once a reservation is confirmed and paid, the contract for travel is directly between you and the travel provider (airline, hotel, visa agency, etc.). Each provider’s own terms and conditions (tickets, policies, etc.) will apply to your travel. For example, airlines may have strict rules on name changes, cancellations or refunds, and we are not liable for actions of those third-party providers. If there are any issues (cancellations, delays, overbookings), your recourse is against the provider under their policy.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Services at any time and for any reason (such as violation of these Terms). If your access is terminated, you must stop all use of the Site. Any clauses of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, governing law, indemnity) will continue to apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, AirnowTrips and our affiliates, officers, directors or employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any booking. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from travel delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, natural disasters, war, weather, or any other events beyond our control. We provide the Site and services “as is” and make no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. Any representations about travel products or prices on the Site are not guaranteed and are subject to change. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts and regulatory agencies.
